Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for our Ellenton, FL location to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. As the Manager on Duty (MOD), you will coach a team, monitor KPIs, and ensure visual standards and loss prevention practices are followed.

You will recruit, train, and develop associates, schedule shifts, and partner with leadership to execute company programs while maintaining a high-performance, customer-focused store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and HS diploma.
• 1–3 years retail store management experience.
• Strong selling skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership aligned with Jockey values and culture.
• Lead store team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
