Jockey International, Inc. in Woodstock, GA is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the store as Manager on Duty. You will drive sales, guest service, merchandising, and standards while coaching a team of associates.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, performance coaching, running daily operations, and ensuring profitability and security. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to uphold Jockey’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of successful management experience in a retail environment
• Strong selling experience required with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business dictates
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Establish positive relationships with coworkers and guests.
• Coach and develop store associates to create a high-performance team.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting and training new staff.
• Execute onboarding and training for new hires.
• Monitor key performance metrics to drive profitability and service.
• Maintain visual standards, inventory controls, and store policies.
• Support merchandising, stock, markdowns, and visual displays.
• Open and close the store and process sales transactions.
• Safeguard cash, inventory, and assets.
