Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience (recruiting, hiring, accountability).
• 1 year managing business operations including labor scheduling.
• Experience leading store initiatives and driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing store team with clear vision and culture.
• Drive guest experience on the floor through product education and coaching.
• Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory planning.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategy, budget, and labor needs.
• Own store P&L and drive sales, budgets, and initiatives.
