Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role or supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training and motivating store employees.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain product knowledge to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and reporting.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and security policies are followed.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide timely reporting to management.
• Manage employee training, performance, and corrective actions.
• Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps for outside calls to grow market share.
