• Familiarity with safety, compliance, and store operations assists in daily leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team in facility operations and communicate with management and hourly associates about operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, in-store inventory, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee Academy training environment, store standards, and leadership meetings to engage associates and foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities: train, mentor, assign duties, establish performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
