Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (Academy/Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and feedback; ensures customer service excellence.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures compliance with policies, Open Door guidance, and ethics standards; promotes a culture of belonging.
