Responsibilities

• Lead store sales, net profit, and overall store performance.
• Recruit, select, and develop Sandwich Artist, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to staff; conduct quarterly appraisals.
• Prepare rosters in line with budgeted labor and hours; manage scheduling.
• Coach and mentor junior managers to meet performance and brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock and presentation; monitor inventory and deliveries.
