AS Revival in Birmingham, AL seeks a hands-on Assistant Store Leader to drive guest service, sales, HR, payroll and store operations. You will recruit and develop associates, coach teams, and model the standards that keep guests returning.

You will forecast business trends, manage payroll efficiently, control inventory, and ensure presentation, loss prevention and a strong Revival culture in every shift.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct all activities required to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, human resources management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention and merchandising presentation.
• Forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense to maximize store performance.
• Direct guest service efforts that align with Altar’d State standards; coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions.
• Direct merchandise presentation, restocking and recovery to maximize productivity.
• Communicate effectively with the executive team; manage change and adversity.
