Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the retail or hospitality industry with proven results.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all store activities to achieve goals, including guest service, sales, HR, payroll and expenses.
• Recruit, select and develop associates and hold individuals accountable for performance.
• Ensure the guest remains the top priority and drive engagement.
• Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow up on activities.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Develop associates through coaching and performance feedback.
• Forecast and analyze business trends to maximize store performance.
