You will drive profitable sales through customer-focused operations, merchandising, and talent development, collaborating with General Managers to coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

You will oversee strategies to achieve performance goals, manage day-to-day store activities, and ensure consistent execution of standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Driven by metrics and results
• Willing to work flexible schedules including holidays, evenings, weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around store floors

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising, and customer service
• Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associates and Experts
• Own assigned area and implement action plans to improve efficiency
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape to stay competitive
• Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel experiences
