Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Motivated by metrics to achieve business goals.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies and operations.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and drive productivity.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and brand standards.
