Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the GM to execute the store strategy.

You will coach leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience, manage schedules, stock, and compliance, and promote a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and improve productivity.
• Ensure store standards, SOPs and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM to deliver best-in-class service.
