Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment; footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• Experience in managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience; 3+ years in management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with business acumen.
• Ability to problem solve and juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and goals; focus on company growth.
• Manage and protect store assets and operations.
• Direct and mentor sales staff in selling strategies.

• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies, goals, and procedures.
• Direct staff to complete responsibilities across departments.

• Maintain store security and partner with Asset Protection to prevent shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals with leadership.
• Execute marketing and advertising plans; stay aware of customer trends.
• Stay informed about competition and local events to seize opportunities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to shoppers.
