Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage and protect store assets and inventory.
• Direct and mentor sales staff in strategies and skills.
• Monitor store operations, including sales stats, inventory, and expenses.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Direct staff to fulfill department responsibilities and standards.
• Develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates, ASMs, and MTs.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; manage payroll to meet labor goals.
• Coordinate with Asset Protection to prevent theft and shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive stocking strategies.
• Implement marketing and advertising plans; monitor customer trends.
• Stay aware of competition and community events for opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support the customer service manual.
