Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience (or equivalent education).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week), including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts and maintain schedules.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team with clear goals and accountability.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Lead guest experiences and resolve guest relations issues.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supply chain processes to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee cash flow and financial inputs to analyze trends.
• Support in-store sales initiatives and energy.
