Job summary

• Staff store scheduling and bench planning to ensure full coverage.
• Coach and develop team; ensure onboarding and training completion.
• Lead guest experiences and continuously improve service quality.
• Manage store finances, budgets, and inventory for profitability.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health protocols.
