Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant/retail/guest service management experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of an Assistant General Manager with energy and excellence.
• Upholds Caribou policies, practices, and standards in daily operations.
• Ensure staffing for upcoming shifts and write effective schedules; plan for future staffing needs.
