The Container Store is seeking a General Manager to lead the store, inspire the management team, and drive exceptional customer service while achieving business goals. You will oversee the Visual Sales Manager, Training Manager, and Operations Manager and model the Foundation Principles in daily operations.

As a store leader, you will steer payroll and labor planning, optimize performance, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding results for customers and the business.

• Ten years of leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop and nurture teams.
• Proven track record in achieving goals through effective leadership and coaching.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
