Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. seeks a Store Leader to work closely with the director, guiding the team to meet sales targets and uphold management standards. You will integrate product, operations, and people strategies with a strong fashion sense, organizational planning, and analytical skills.

You will analyze store performance, supervise stock and processes, and lead change initiatives while ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 90 day introductory period in current position.
• Must be in good standing with respect to job performance.
• Must have completed and passed a Development Day before applying.
• Ability to travel for Campus training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and support the director to achieve sales targets across all sections.
• Monitor product display and conduct product analyses to identify shortages, competition, and trends.
• Perform commercial analysis and translate insights into actions to improve sales.
• Ensure omnichannel processes are followed and coordinate with central and country sales teams.
