Zara USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Leader to work with the store director and connect product, operations and people to achieve sales targets while upholding the brand standards.

You will lead the team, analyze reports, and implement improvements with a focus on fashion insight, planning, and adapting to change. You will manage schedules, training, and day-to-day operations, ensuring shrinkage is minimized and the customer experience remains exceptional.

Formación

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Analytical with ability to interpret reports from multiple store areas.
• Knowledge of fashion, product trends and customer service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support the director in managing all sections to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor product display and conduct product analysis to drive actions.
• Lead customer service standards and resolve incidents to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Assist in budgeting hours, scheduling, training, and succession planning, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
