Zara Troy in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the director in driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring a superior customer experience. You will manage schedules, training, and daily operations to align with brand standards and store goals.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills to interpret reports, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in product, operations, and people. This position is based on-site in Troy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyze reports and implement improvements.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and develop staff.
• Experience following omnichannel processes (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE).
• Monitor product displays and perform commercial analysis to drive actions.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer service standards and resolve incidents promptly.
• Supervise training and onboarding programs for store staff.
• Coordinate stock management and merchandise flows to optimize operations.
• Develop and implement action plans to reduce shrinkage and improve efficiency.
