Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store staff; plan staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counseling when needed.
• Set pay rate recommendations and advancement paths.
• Coordinate safety, security and policy communication with the team.
• Open and close the store reliably at least twice per week.
