Responsibilities

• Lead leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipments, and dissemination of directives.
