Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor performance and take action to drive results and address opportunities.
• Maintain payroll, shrink, and operating expenses controls.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink prevention standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and, when needed, counsel or terminate associates.
• Direct and supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
