Job summary

Citi Trends, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canton, OH to support daily store operations, lead a team, and help drive sales while upholding company standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and staff development to maintain a high‑performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and drive sales performance.
