Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback.

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, and mentor Associates through comprehensive training and development.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention programs.
