Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving, with focus on shrink minimization.
• Attract, recruit and develop Associates; mentor and role model to ensure positive experience for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
