• 2–4 years in Assistant Manager or retail leadership roles.
• 3–5 years total retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and service standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates in customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and transactions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
