Job summary

Little Green Apple (LGA Retail) in Mishawaka, IN, is seeking a full-time Store Manager who can lead a busy team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train staff, monitor performance, and model best-practice retail execution to inspire others.

You will be responsible for inventory, scheduling, events, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the store stays open during posted hours and builds strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to close the store a minimum of one time per week, and also work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, meetings, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• Two or more years of experience in (specialty) retail management.
