Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in retail supervisory roles
• Proficient with POS systems and in-store technology
• Strong communication with leadership, associates, and customers.

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate staff
• Provide training and coaching to ensure efficient store operations
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, replenishing and processing
