Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Minnetonka store, drive sales, control costs, and ensure superb customer experiences. You will role-model CNRG’s culture, align with local market dynamics, and manage inventory to maximize profitability.

You will mentor staff, enforce company policies, manage inventory, and collaborate with corporate to execute promotions while maintaining safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to manage with limited supervision and have strong communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales counter functions, POS, and store admin tasks as needed.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.
• Train and motivate the store sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Organize personnel and internal processes to ensure on-time, complete deliveries.
• Manage and motivate contractor salesmen to prospect for new customers while serving existing ones.
