CNRG is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead day-to-day store operations, maximize sales and profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will champion CNRG’s culture, manage inventory, safety, and personnel, and drive performance across merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, organize efficient processes, and lead store meetings to align with promotions and budgets.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent leadership and problem solving skills; able to manage with limited supervision.
• Must provide outstanding customer service and maintain store standards.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales counter and POS functions and store admin tasks as needed.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Train and motivate the store sales team to provide top-notch service.
• Keep the store merchandised per local and corporate directives.
• Organize staff and processes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage contractor salesmen to grow new sales while serving existing customers.
• Drive store sales and profits to exceed budget.
• Control costs and schedule payroll in line with labor objectives.
• Record inventory movements accurately to prevent shrinkage.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while respecting inventory goals.
• Ensure safe working conditions and enforce loss prevention measures.
• Recruit, train, and develop key personnel; foster a positive team environment.
• Lead store meetings and communicate performance, goals, and promotions.
• Coach and mentor staff; provide feedback and development opportunities.
