The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and hands-on involvement in daily store activity, including cash handling and loyalty program promotion. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store leadership team to drive profitability and customer service excellence.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing initiatives across the store.
