Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program or, in lieu, two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, motivation, and business acumen.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and oversees scheduling and coverage.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Analyzes customer service metrics and coaches teams to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manages cash handling, inventory, and store assets to safeguard profitability.
• Drives store performance through data-driven decision making and external partnership collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws, including alcohol, tobacco, and pharmacy products.
