The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance while supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, prior sales and cash-handling experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail finance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collection activities in line with regulations.
• Explain solutions professionally to ensure customers feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer and deposits; assist with bank pickups.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
