Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products/services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership when needed.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries with clear information.
• Conduct outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Interact with customers using active listening to resolve concerns.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawer, and process deposits per policy.
• Verify customer information and complete transactions accurately.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete required compliance trainings and attend related sessions.
