Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Tooele, UT is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive customer-focused service. You will manage accounts, assess risk, run outreach campaigns, and support a team in a fast-paced retail finance environment.

The role offers hourly pay of $20.70 with a comprehensive total compensation package and opportunities for cross-brand advancement across 11 brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process applications.
• Conduct daily outreach campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform on-site store duties, including marketing and errands as needed.
• Support leadership in meeting performance standards and compliance.
• Maintain security procedures and proper opening/closing routines.
• Ensure a clean, compliant store appearance and operating environment.
