Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will operate a single Panda Express, hire and lead associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training, ongoing evaluations, and a GM certification (GO100) with potential promotion to GM.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
• Proven ability to hire, train and develop staff to meet performance goals.
• Strong understanding of store operations and financial drivers.
• Ability to manage a shift schedule and guest flow to ensure service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing and guest experience.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest service.
• Lead the store toward GM development via Panda's leadership program.
