Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates and shape daily operations to deliver outstanding service.

The role includes a structured leadership path: 12+ weeks of store leadership training, evaluations, and a GM certification course (GO100) that prepares you for future General Manager opportunities within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and lead the store to success.
• Participate in the leadership development path, with training and progression toward GM.
