Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced store leader to manage a single Panda Express location. You’ll hire, coach and supervise staff to achieve financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

External hires start as Store Managers on a General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training, goal-focused evaluations, and potential promotion after GM certification GO100.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to reach financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the leadership development path from Store Manager to GM through training and evaluations.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program before advancing to GM.
