Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will hire, train, and direct associates and participate in our leadership development path toward General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store through the Panda leadership training path with an emphasis on operations, culture, and leadership expectations.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and performance evaluations for advancement toward General Manager.
