Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates to achieve financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, a clear path toward General Manager, and a robust benefits package designed to support your professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in 12+ week leadership training program.
• Progress along the GM development path toward General Manager.
