Job summary

Royal Farms is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to help run high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused leadership role where you support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and help your team deliver our world-famous food service experience every day.

The role supervises associates and lower-level management, assists with customer escalations, and ensures operational standards are consistently met to sustain a high-performing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of management in fast food, retail, or related field.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with prioritization and delegation.
• Basic business math, accounting, and computer skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and short-term planning.
• Lead shifts, supervise store team, and coach performance.
• Enforce policies, SOPs, safety, and asset protection.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations.
• Monitor store performance and drive improvements and initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; communicate new initiatives.
