Royal Farms is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help run high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations. You will support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and drive a world-class food service experience daily.

You will supervise associates, coach for performance, and ensure policy compliance, safety, and store profitability. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in fast food, retail, or related management with leadership experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to delegate tasks.
• Proficiency in business math, accounting and computer applications.
• Proven analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and short-term planning.
• Lead shifts, supervise associates, and ensure high service standards.
• Develop team through recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Communicate promotions, policies, and initiatives to staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements across store functions.
