Royal Farms is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations at a high‑volume store. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering our renowned food service experience.

You will supervise associates, handle escalations, and help drive performance through training and execution of company programs. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years old and a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in fast food, retail, or related fields.
• Proven leadership skills to supervise and motivate teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and shifts to deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Develop and mentor team members through onboarding, training, and feedback.
• Partner with Store Manager on short‑term initiatives to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Protect brand standards and enforce policies, safety, and SOPs.
• Analyze store performance and help implement strategic improvements.
