Job summary

THRIFT TOWN STORES, LLC is seeking a motivated leader to manage day-to-day retail operations and support team performance. You will balance leadership, operational tasks, and customer service to create an excellent shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, oversee scheduling, monitor inventory and store presentation, and help resolve customer concerns while promoting promotions and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or leadership support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in supervisory or team-lead roles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and meet store goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and merchandising.
• Assist with scheduling and coverage during business hours.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store presentation to maintain standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train new and existing team members on store processes and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with leadership to support promotions and seasonal initiatives.
