Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader for Sawgrass Mills to elevate guest experience and drive store performance. You will build and coach a diverse team, set the tone for service excellence, and partner with HQ to translate brand standards into daily actions.

You will own key metrics including sales, payroll, inventory, and productivity while maintaining a high-energy, refined environment. A strong, people-first leader who develops talent and leads with clarity will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record hiring, leading, and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others and HQ.
• Deep understanding of customer service and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving, operational, and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset to create a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized guest experience.
• Coach in real time to drive elevated service at speed while maintaining culture.
• Embed SKIMS mission and values into store operations and educate teams on the brand story.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, replenishment, and store standards with strong attention to detail.
• Own key business metrics including sales, payroll, inventory, and productivity; analyze trends and adjust strategies.
• Hire, onboard, and develop talent; build clear development plans and bench strength.
