Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and retain store staff; ensure proper staffing levels.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, ordering, pricing, and merchandising to meet targets.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
