Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, coach staff, and deliver a premier customer experience on the sales floor. You will serve as a hands-on leader, owning store execution and ensuring high standards while guiding the team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
