As a Store Manager you will guide the team, uphold Kohl's culture, and drive performance while maintaining inventory integrity and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising 20+ associates with performance management responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans through leadership of the store team.
• Manage payroll by scheduling and labor cost control based on weekly and monthly sales.
• Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for all levels of store personnel.
• Oversee training of new hires on Kohl’s culture, product knowledge, selling practices and other duties.
• Coach store team to develop knowledge and create succession plans.
• Ensure sound inventory management and accurate shipping/receiving procedures and pricing.
